Camp Meriwether Crest

The Meriwether Lewis Crest was taken from Captain Meriwether Lewis of the Lewis and Clark expedition that so many of Camp Meriwethers traditions and history is based upon. So naturally a symbol was needed for the camp, and Chief Obie determined that the family crest of the famous explorer which the camp is named after would be appropriate.
