No really that's great to hear that the nature project actually happened. Not sure I understand but there isn't a big main structure yet? Or does it just not have power/water yet?

The future nature center will officially open this summer. The new interpretive trail system has been available now for over a year and will need further assistance to be ready for the 2008 summer season. New nature center shelters are currently being placed in the old Totempole campsite, The Order of the Arrow has begun building a new campsite to replace Totempole. Future plans are to build a year round usable structure with power and water for displays and teaching tools. This site will soon be a premiere program are in camp similar to the Blackpowder area. I would like to invite all past, current and future staff to volunteer to help the Meriwether Alumni in finishing this project. We will be gathering at Camp on February 9th and 10th, as well as the work weekend in April to finish up the site in time for the new area staff to take control and make it their own. Please contact Greg Jeppson, Dan Spotts, or Todd McDonald if you would like to help out.

Howdy,
Welcome to the forums. If you're new, please register a name and let us know who you are, and if you're currently on staff, or have been in the past. If you're visiting feel free to leave a note.
For those of you wondering where the rest of the posts went to, Mike and I decided it would be best to reset the forum and start fresh, and move on from the problems we had earlier.
